EXCESS SPACE RETAIL SERVICES RETAINED BY CARIBOU COFFEE, INC.


 
LAKE SUCCESS, New York – Caribou Coffee Incorporated has selected Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (ESRS), the leading specialist in real estate disposition and lease restructuring for retailers nationwide to exclusively manage the strategic disposition of a limited number assets. These stores range in size from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet and are located 13 states across the nation.
