LAKE SUCCESS, New York West Marine, Inc has selected Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (ESRS), the leading consulting and advisory firm specializing in real estate disposition and lease restructuring for retailers nationwide to exclusively manage the disposition of 15 locations with an aggregate of 98,517 square feet located in 9 states across the nation and 1 location in Canada.

These stores range in size from 2,640 to 10,389 square feet and are located in Alabama, British Columbia (Canada), California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, Texas and Wisconsin. Heading the real estate disposition assignment for ESRS will be Justin Glenn, Director, from the firm's East Coast Office in Lake Success, New York.
