LAKE SUCCESS, New York –The Home Depot, Inc has selected Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (ESRS), the leading consulting and advisory firm specializing in real estate disposition and lease restructuring for retailers nationwide to exclusively manage the disposition of 12 locations with an aggregate of 1,031,066 square feet and 12 parcels totaling 21.04 acres located in 13 states across the nation.
These stores range in size from 18,050 to 134,283 square feet and the parcels .90 to 7.0 acres are located in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Heading the real estate disposition assignment for ESRS will be Howard Goldfarb, Chief Operating Officer, from the firm's East Coast Office in Lake Success, New York.
