LAKE SUCCESS, New York - Rent-A-Center has selected Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (ESRS), the leading specialist in real estate disposition and lease restructuring for retailers nationwide to exclusively manage the disposition of 145 locations with an aggregate of 590,024 square feet located in 31 States across the nation.

The 145 stores range from 1,950 to 9,700 square feet and are located in Alabama, Arkansans, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Vermont.
