Jamba Juice

Background:

At the height of the Great Recession, Jamba Juice was searching for strategic alternatives to quickly reduce their real estate occupancy costs. Excess Space was engaged to execute a portfolio wide initiative on their entire corporate store base of almost 800 locations. Within 60 days, Excess Space’s team contacted all of Jamba Juice’s landlords.  Within a few more months, Excess Space had successfully reduced occupancy costs at 44% of all locations.
