Jamba Juice

Background: 

At the height of the Great Recession, Jamba Juice was searching for strategic alternatives to quickly reduce their real estate occupancy costs. ExcessSpace was engaged to execute a portfolio wide initiative on their entire corporate store base of almost 800 locations. Within 60 days, ExcessSpace’s team contacted all of Jamba Juice’s landlords.  Within a few more months, ExcessSpace had successfully reduced occupancy costs at 44% of all locations.
