(ESRS), the leading consulting and advisory firm specializing in real estate disposition and lease restructuring for retailers and financial institutions nationwide to exclusively manage the disposition of 72 locations with an aggregate of 489,000 square feet.

These locations range in size from 1,600 to 12,684 square feet and are located in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Heading the real estate disposition assignment for ESRS will be Mark Simpson, Director, from the firm’s East Coast Office in Lake Success, New York.
